I actually havent seen you on much, and lately i myself have been just loggin on for raids or talking to righteous about LON and most weekends have been good to us contested wise allowing me to go out and do stuff. This weekend i will be around friday got to pickup catering sat morning here in NYC, then sat drive to Connecticut for my friends engangment party, so i shouldn't be on till late sunday.

I made no power play, that's where you're incredibly incorrect. I never said players would leave when I did leave, however, before that point I was informed that individuals would, or felt that others would leave had I not been there.

I said the real story, I haven't lied or any of the above. I spoke to the other officers and leaders too, and while the decisions may have been made that were not aligned with mine, the end goal was the same. I never made any play for power, and if that's what you feel or believe is true, that's fine.

The story line from the day I left is entirely different. What I told Venssi, was nothing about me being given a place of power, it was simply this.

"Either remove Ezekil from the raid leader position, or I'm leaving guild"

It was an ultimatum, in which Venssi made his decision. As his ideas or decisions with the guild are brought to light, as I had said, he doesn't know shit for shat about the game, his limited decisions are guided by things he sees in other guilds, but doesn't quite understand.

It's fine that you believe every word Venssi says, and I'm somewhat certain you and him are in some sort of Online relationship. That or you just casually talk on the phone because you can't log in for two weeks, whichever. However, I have not lied, or anything of that sort. I never made any power play.

As a recruiter, by the way, I wasn't even given permission to invite applicants to the guild. While Elidyn gave it to me the previous night, Venssi took it away.

And, by the way, if you feel I was simply looking for power, why did I offer to come back and do nothing BUT tank. Not recruit, not worry about the raid leader position, and even completely ignore the fact that someone I thought was completely horrible for the position was the raid leader.

Please get your shit straight Ximeni, because you're wrong.

But that rosey picture of you leading legacy to greatness as a raiding guild is such bullshit its rediculous, when over 80% of the guild who transfered to crushbone is no longer in guild and no sane person beleives those people all left for real life.

I will give props where it is due and the original legacy beat us straight up on flame and cmayong before the cure changes, but this is not the same legacy anymore.

Minus the fact that many of the core hard members appreciated Raygo. Although, I don't know much about his wife.

Seriously, have you bothered reading anything? Legacy has always ran less utility for higher overall performance vs. maximum output on select classes. Not so much by choice, but that's irrelevant.

After joining, I tacked on a raid day, booted some of the shitty players, started reforming shit. We cleared all instances, blah blah... transferred servers.

The core of Legacy, the best players, stuck around for the transfer to Crushbone. Once here, we beat Elysium to CMayong, beat them to Flame and after Kiel/Faisan/Fuckface got done griefing on Tranquility... we beat them to that too.

Then Avek/Shae had to bail for real life shit. This made Kine emo and go to Aftermath. The really unfortunate part was that it made Saltaf have to play Abomidable and we lost one of our heaviest DPS'ers. This started the downward spiral of DPS in Legacy going down a bit.

In the last couple months that means they have lost me, Iso, Saltaf AND Abomidable, Mihoedain, Avek, Shaelin, not to mention Absynthe/Laloosh and Darta. Fuck, Iso and I were almost fully set geared, Avek WAS fully geared, Shae was fully geared...

Point of that history lesson? No fucking shit they're gonna be a touch behind. Legacy, for lack of a better statement, doesn't just yet have a Legacy as a raid guild. The life of a guild can be measured in expansions in EQ2. If I had to wager, I'd say they can make a strong comeback in RoK. Right now, EoF is about over and they're still making attempts to gear up the new people in order to get back to Avatars. Will they make it in time? Who knows/cares. Most, if not all, of that gear will be obsolete in RoK.

So, Loudness, go jump off a cliff and impale yourself on a rusty pole. Society would applaud your efforts to keep it free of your special brand of retardation.

i don't know how stupid this sounds, but i'll give it a try anyway... if you were hurting "that" bad, and a good player comes along, why would you kick him? why not just tell him his position as an app, and let him outparse your entire guild?

doesn't make sense to me, if i got a flat tire, and someone offers me a tire, i take it.

as for kinevera or however you spell it, yes not many liked you in AM, i was basically applauded when they moved you from MT group and put me there, your rezzing WAS slack, I'm not sure if you noticed, but I don't rez, so not sure why you were calling me out on that.

And part of raygo's problem was his wife, which is why i said him and his wife. Because if it really was just iso they would of booted her and been done. Since it was his wife, his culpability for her actions ran hand in hand.

but don't believe me you can ask kinvera since he still plays. Ask him was it as syrda said and he went EMO. Or did he absolutely abhore Iso and syrda's actions regarding her (such as making her an officer and booting people because of her).

The fall of legacy was not real life. It was the moment Syrda put his intentions ahead of the guild. It was when Iso assumed a leadership role. And then it snowballed when crazy/nola got booted and Avek/shae left, becuase of issues with iso/syrda. Finally with syrda in leadership they lost a few more, and then syrda jumped the ship he was sinking. (oddly this is exactly what happened to prior guilds run by syrda).

There was a thread in the crushbone forums where guilds on crushbone and other servers were bashing sryda for the exact same issues that he caused in thier guilds.

Yes an overzealous recruit looking for a power struggle can cause this much drama. My guess is skaer, the reason vennsi did not want you in a leadership position is because you never had the guilds interest at heart, but instead it was plainly obvious (like syrda), you only wanted to prove something at any cost. And thus we have this thread about 2 recruits fighting over a raid leader position. And recruits making demands about who should stay and who should go. Ego trips and power struggle? naw, obviously not.

As for legacy the worse move we ever did was put Isodora as officer...Sryda is a very good guy and knows the game very well, and we prgress alot, but...he is married to a situation where it would of been better if she stayed just a member who just dps's, hands hearts and rezes...
Maybe she is sick who knows and get cranky but having cranky officers is bad for guild...AVek leaving was bad but losing Shay was the total shits...she is maybe best mystic ww if not i would love to see better...then converting abom from server tops dper to MT was another kick in nuts...Losing sryda top 1-2 conjy/necro dpser with his wife...all these factors and a general malaise on direction of guild caused us to take a step back or two...

Again i liked slippery and thought he was a beast on parse (just weird)...
