You are comparing the highest DPS spec for a rogue (when a guild was recruiting DPS) to a low DPS, low utility spec for a support class.

I'll let that sink in.

Why would that player even be recruited?

Raid leader told/asked him to spec a certain way, he refused, he shoulda been be kicked right there. Doesn't really matter the class. What about retard clerics who spec 4-4-8 down 3 lines ? Not that im saying thats not an great spec for soloing or dueling but its absolutely fucking moronic for a raiding cleric to do that (yet ive gotten 3 apps i had to make respec.) When you join a raiding guild its time to not worry about the best spec for you but the best spec for your raid. Maybe this R-a-R should of been about the raid/guild leader who didnt kick him when he refused to respec.

Why would you only come here when you finally have support from one person but you just decided to stop defending yourself before? Your guild got called out. Your raid leader is just a proven idiot. Yet you finally came back because ballads said "He should of been kicked but the raid leader is a retard." ?

Traumatic Swipe and all of them. Sure 1 can keep it up, but i find multiples helps account for misses,deaths,no shows, and allows me to split them up as needed. If it were in a terrible line i might reconsider but most rouges will want to put 8 into crits anyway. Does that even matter at all ? Nope. All that matters i am raid leader. During raids, i say do this - you do it or you find a new guild.
I am however not inflexible on AA specs, because i have been and will be wrong again. I do flat out tell people to spec a certain way during raids, but will allow them after raids to debate me on what they find to be a better spec. Even apps.

Totally understandable about this. Though this case might be a little different. Slip used to be in my guild see and i know he loved AGL WIS. He actually talked to guilds before he joined em to see if he could use this spec. This guild did tell him this. Now im not sure on the exact timeline. Either way the RL was brought in recently to guild and made raid leader. He later told slip to do it and one of the officers agreed with him on him not respecing. The leader of the guild basically told him to stay anyways from what i'm told. He later switched anyways.

Personally ... if i joined a guild on my assassin Specced frontload and repeated stabbing and the leader of the guild said this was cool when i joined. Then the RL who hadn't even been in guild that long told me to switch to excessive bleeding when he himself couldn't even break 2k... i personally feel i would be within rights to question it from the start.

Seems ballads can't read what was posted in parenthesis. I'll type it out again in expanded form for him.

They were recruiting DPS. Slipperyx was spec'd and used to playing to maximize that spec's DPS. They recruited Slipperyx saying he wasn't going to re-spec. Recruitment and character server transfer was completed. They then informed him he was to change his AA spec despite saying they were recruiting DPS.

So yeah, you are right about one thing, this definitely should have been a Rate a Retard for their raid leader(s).
