I staked once that instance, and Venssi stakes every encounter. That particular raid we had Elidyn buy the stakes and bring them to zone because Venssi forgot to purchase them.

It's funny that you say you represent a leader in every way mentionable, because you don't. Every good leader I've met has taken input from people before demanding them to change, there are better ways to deal with people than to force shit down their face. Take some leadership courses, that's pretty much the foundation of every one of them: learning how to deal with individuals.

I sent you maybe two tells at the end of our Malkonis disaster. I've had more conversation with Phane, than you, and he's a complete fucking tool. What you don't have time for is a team, it's the you show. Leaders lead, they don't dictate. In every accomplished raid guild I've been in, the raid leaders had been more than willing to take input from individuals, even discuss the difference of opinion until a common ground is found. If it's not found, then thats where the raid leader pulls out the "I'm the raid leader".

What makes me curious, if you were raid leader for Defiant.. why did you leave then change timezones completely for another guild that was trying to be hardcore?

I'll tell you offhand that I think you're a horrible leader, and possibly one of the worst raid leaders I've ever seen. Venssi made an idiot decision electing you because you remembered your old guilds strat from PHH. Which is the same shit I told them the time we tried before you came to server, but was ignored.

Like I said, Legacy can have fun. Aalaria should be leading the guild. Elidyn doesn't play enough, Venssi doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. He seems to be the only one with patience and the ability to deal with the drama that you'll bring in due time.

What the fuck does him being a recruit have to do with shit? I left Legacy to tend to real life. That puts a need for a raid leader on the agenda, especially since Abomidable also had to take an extended leave of absence. If the guy knows his shit, which I haven't seen firsthand, then who gives two shits when he joined the guild? No one else steps up to do the job and Venssi/Elidyn feel the need to delegate raid leadership to other, more vocal/abrasive leaders, then why the fuck shouldn't they?

If you're quite done knob slobbering Slipperyx, maybe you'd like to mention how Slippery got you to come back to Legacy... only to find that Legacy no longer had need of you? Oh mighty guild savior, how thee has been shunned.

Venssi and Elidyn are the ones that held Legacy together, along with the membership base that stuck by it. They are, by and far, among the best people and players I've encountered. A string of bad luck with the RL cards dealt them a blow and it was Venssi that I watched step up to the plate and take command. Pat yourself on the back all you want, Skaer... at the end of the night you're still second rate.
