Great attitude? You attack me with basically unfounded arguments. Its funny that the majority doesn't want more moderation, but when your friend vocally disagrees with that majority, you don't pay attention to the majority. You directed an entire sticky thread to me directly after all of this. What's it SUPPOSED to look like?

Where am I allowed to post at then? Because I've never just trolled any real game issues serious threads. Well, it may have happened a few times that I can't exactly remember, but don't act as though I sit in the general gameplay area and spam. That's ridiculous.

You can pretend all you want that you did this because so many people PMed you, but how many are PMing you shit from NGD areas where I was actually in a discussion? Now, how many PMed you because I had too many one word replies? That's what I thought. Keep trying to justify yourself.

Oh, and I'm sure that you can probably pull up some links where I wasn't having the most intelligent conversations, I'm not denying that. I just don't see where you can make me out to be the most recognizable spammer on these boards, and enough of one to be the only person to actually get a paragraph.

Edit: And my other issue. If this was such a nuisance to EQ2Flames, why not an attempted PM first? Why go straight to the masses in order to make an example out of me/us? There's some other forces in motion behind this, but seriously. There's no reason that you didn't send out 3 PMs, and instead decided to make a big stickied deal out of it.

Laodaron: You are spamming serious, on-topic sections of this site. In the future, please think twice before blindly replying to almost every post made by every other user on this site. When you post, please use arguments, opinions, and facts to support what you are attempting to say in the upper sections of this site.

Seems polite to me. and a simple public way to let you know you are causing strife, and the general population gets a message that LFG is trying to correct a problem they have.

Get some thicker skin, it's only the internet.

P.S. No, I haven't reported you or PM'ed anyone about you, but I agree that you derail, purposefully, what would otherwise be good topics with completly irrelevant BS.

EQ2Flames Spam Court:

In the future, when someone wants to accuse another user of spamming or trolling, they need to do that in a reply post to this thread. Do not send me PMs complaining that someone is spamming or trolling, unless it is an emergency situation I'll just ignore those PMs.

When someone accuses someone else of spamming or trolling in a reply to this thread, I'll make a factual determination about whether there is a reasonable basis for a claim against them of spamming and/or trolling in violation of the Site Rules and Guidelines.

If I find such a reasonable basis, the person accused then has two choices:

1. Plead guilty, and agree to cease spamming and trolling on this site, or

2. Plead innocent, and request the determination be made by a spam jury of their peers.

If the person pleads guity, they will be placed on 2 week Spam Probation. During that time, I'll monitor their posts. I'll try and work with them help them correct their behavior and understand what is and isn't spamming and trolling on this site. If they make it to the end of this two week period without additional egregious spamming, they'll be off Spam Probation without any further penalty.

Any graduate of Spam Probation can still be brought up on new spam charges as discussed above, and then the same cycle will repeat.

If the person pleads innocent, I'll put up a poll in Rate a Retard with a simple yes or no public vote, asking for community feedback on whether the person is a spammer and/or troller.

Votes will stay up for 3 days, and a 2/3 majority of users who vote will be required to convict the person of spamming and/or trolling. If not convicted by that majority, the person will immediately resume his or her status as a regular user.

If convicted by a spam jury of his peers in the manner described above, the person will get a 1 day suspension for a 1st conviction, and a 3 day suspension for a second or additional conviction, and will also be placed on three week Spam Probation when the suspension expires.

None of the above limits my ability to delete spam where I see it or otherwise restricts any other rights or abilities I have to manage this site.

I think we could live without a "lawls" post in (seemingly) every other thread.
