Oh heck no, I dont think that hardly anyone cares about it.. I think its just a money grab on the part of SOE saying "oh, well you cant play on the same account as your kid, so give us more money"... but its STILL in the EULA...
My point was more along the lines of saying that just because the intent wasnt supposedly to sell the account, and just merely give the account to someone doesnt mean it wasnt breaking the rules and deserving of punishment anyway.

Transfering accounts to family members can be done in most cases if you contact SOE by phone, i don't think it can be done online tho.
