I have publicly accused Loadaron of spamming and trolling this site in violation of site rules. I have found sufficient evidence to support the charge. I'm not saying that you should find him guilty, I'm only saying I find that he qualifies to stand trial in this Spam Court based on sufficient evidence of this charge.

Laodaron has entered his plea of "no contest", which is the legal equivalent to a plea of not guilty. So you, the registered users of this site, must decide whether he is guilty or not guilty of spamming this site in violation of site rules.

Please read the Site Rules if you have any question about the standards in effect here before you vote.

To be convicted, Laodaron must receive "Guilty" votes by a 2/3 majority of voters. This is a majority I consider roughly equal to guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. If he receives less than a 2/3 vote of guilty, he walks, and is entitled to the title of his choice on this site, or a title change if he wants one.

If he is found guilty, he will be suspended from this site for 1 day as a First Time Spam Offender, and then will be on Spam Probation for 3 weeks. In this case, since I recently suspended him for one day already, I'll give him credit for time served if he is found guilty.

Please do not vote in the manner of a popularity contest. Please make sure you understand and have read the Site Rules, and vote your conscience.

The vote will run for three days. You are entitled to voice your opinions based on your vote.

The system automatically changes your title to "owned" when you are suspended. I frankly didn't remember what yours was or I would have changed it back when I unsuspended you. You can have a new one just by asking for it, as should be obvious from your temporary title.
