The vote will be decided by a majority rule of those who vote, on the issue of whether people should be allowed to start posts about themselves in this forum.

The purpose of the Rate-a-Retard section was for individuals to start flame posts against other individuals. It was not intended for people unable to find work as a standup comedian to satisfy their personal needs for attention.

But, that's cool if that's what people want. I'm ok with things either way, my goal is just to keep the PM complaints to a minimum.

The question in this case is really, is this forum more for serious flameage, or should we also allow this sort of lameage?

It's pretty clear from those who weren't too lazy or stupid to vote that users have an overwhelming preference for this section to be a flame forum rather than a lame forum. Accordingly, I've changed the heading on this section to read:

In the future, Admins will move any post started by a person in this forum about themselves to the appropriate server forum for that user. When it is unknown what server the lameoid belongs too, the thread will be closed.
