Well here is a copy of the letter sent to my best friend, regarding ME after our first ever guild raid. The raid was a success and I promoted two people who were integral parts of making the raid a success. I think the "lie" he is refering to is the fact that he got demoted (still officer status though!) after annoying my fellow guild leader.

Jaybles I liked you and enjoyed grouping with you on my alt Lazaruss when you were in Circle of Shadows. I'm sorry that you chose a bad seed to join you folks in Gods Of War and then got screwed over.

Remember tho, you left Circle of Shadows to join Lilylitefeather even after he was harrassing Almeric and demanding 50pp from our guild funds to leave us alone....see Oisin's thread about "A tale of Supreme Jackassery", (sorry would have posted a link but still trying to learn the rules and nuances of the site) So while I do feel for you on what happenend, what goes around comes around as they say.

Honestly, his mail reads with exactly the same grammar as Lilylitefeather. Are you sure you're not just pulling our legs to get a pity vote? j/k ...it certainly has a hint of poetic justice though.

Jay, I'm with Greenie that you are well liked, 'good-people, and you respectfully left CoS for Lily's guild. I felt that if his guild had even a small shot at survival, you were it. I was both saddened and relieved when I saw you flagged as Co-Leader.

I know you guys are a crew and I'm truly sorry YOUR first experience with guild leadership has to come in such rough waters. I knew when you left that you'd have your work cut out for you and it was NOT going to be fun for a little while.

It is obvious that Gods of War is aware of the R-a-R thread I started in this board and Almeric's blog entry. I know that there is probably very little love between our 'lil orgs and can't help but wonder if you guys were simply infiltrated by a fun loving Flames patron in response to Lily's 5 star 'tardness.

Since Lily was PWNed by SoE, 5 stared here, has sent mail to our officers pleading to put this behind us, and has now had his guild worked by a ruffian... yet, ultimately, in the end he really did no damage to CoS other than wasting our time (but hey, we got a good laugh)... I decided to leave him alone with, at worst, forcing him to take a couple weeks to roll a new toon (mostly for threatening my guild and impersonating our GL) as the name Lilylitefeather was now famously tarnished.

(I still think a reroll may be the way to go if he plans to start off on a new foot... just delete Lily and use a new name... and try not to ruin it this time for the betterment of your guild.)

After holistically giving this some thought... I couldn't help but notice he didn't come up here and make himself look like a bigger J/O by responding to his R-a-R. It was clearly bait and I'm sure he would have posted himself into a corner and really destroyed any shot you guys had... yea, you guys... now he has you sitting next to him to run the show... I'm willing let this water pass under the bridge between us as I feel he's been set strait and took his PWNing like a winner.

We're square IMO.
