You'd also need to be specifically identifiable as a person. So a toon merely named "John Smith" wouldn't count, unless you were understood to be THE John Smith of 1001 Armadillo Way, Shithole, Texas, 85115.

But, I wouldn't allow that type of RL information to be posted on this site by someone else in the first place, so again, there is unlikely to be an issue there either.

Well I'm sure half the guys on BB would have her phone number because every guild she has been in she spams guys with tells asking them if she's "do-able"

Okay yeah , makes sense, and had I taken more than a moment to think about it (damn RoK and forgetting to stop questing to sleep enough ;p), would have to be true, because hundreds of toon names would be *someone's* real name....

Lol Arwenn, that dumb fucking cunt. She just did exactly what I was counting on...she made it so she'll never get into a guild again unless she rerolls or changes her name. And chances are she's too fucking stupid to do either.

pretty sure you have to prove damages, for slander or whatever she wants to sue for. Be funny to hear what damage has occurred cause her eq2 name was slandered.

Actually, if I referred to her specifically by her RL name, and said I had proof she was a filthy skanky gonorrhea and crab infested whore who became pregnant after the LA Lakers pulled a train on her, then she could possibly sue me without having to prove damages.
