And speaking of legal issues, I think according to the EULA for EQ2, you can't name your character "Arwenn" because that name is from Lord of the Rings - extra "N" notwithstanding.

Correct. Most of the time, lawyers dont' even want you to say anything regarding you getting one for whatever you're getting one for. And if you're going to plaster all over an internet message board that you're getting one 1) you're making your lawyers job even harder and make it that much easier for him or her to drop your case or 2) you're lying through your asshole.

Most lawyers won't even touch internet sites because it infringes on Freedom Of Speech.

I find that people who try and sue for slander or libel are all fucking butthurt that the truth hurts. It's a very simple process.

If it is true, you sueing them isn't going to change their opinion of you. Perhaps you need to rethink how you portray yourself.

Above is the letter I sent to you yesterday after getting off the phone with my attorney’s. I was very shaken up when I wrote you this . I see where you think I was saying that your site would be involved in the suit please note I say suit. Whoever, I must clear this up with you . But your site is not what is the core of the involvement it does feed what is going on and now I have to take most of that blame. I am not expecting you to keep this out of your RAR forms I am sure it is where it will go. However, when I wrote above and I Quote my lawyer is calling a assumption of risk and this site and all involved have slandered me over your site and others. Yes my attorney used the world libel to what was being posted on the internet but this suit isn’t about what is being posted on these sites it is the real life phone calls and threats I have been receiving.
I should have waited tell I calmed down to send you a letter for it does not make much sense. At the time
I figured if I sent a tell to the Owner of the site and tried to explain my situation you would remove it. My attorney’s did advise me not to write you in the first place however in August of last year there was a thread about my 13 year old niece and it was a similar situation and you closed it. So I did have hopes this site would close the thread and I would have a little more peace in real life. And they way I did go about explaining it I can see where you felt targeted. You may think of me as you wish because you do not know me and you don’t know anything about me in real life. One that note, I was trying to say without going into greater detail of all involved. It is not they site stuff itself it is the real life phone calls I am getting due to the threads that have been posted. I have been in guilds that have needed my phone number to call for contested and my phone number has to be where all members had access this is where I put myself in assumptions of risk. We are unsure who gave out my real life information to whomever is calling my house slandering me over a game. After you posted my email to you over the RAR forums I got 16 phone calls of verbal slander and threats. We are unsure of who is calling me at this time as of Wednesday they put a recorder on my phone so all my incoming calls are monitored. In one of the tells to me in that 60’s chat someone told me to just go kill myself and just die. Part of the calls they state in different ways how they will come to where I am and put me out of my misery. They also call me a whore and a psychotic bitch. Again, there are people involved that knew my real life information and it has been given out to others we are sure. I should have just asked you to please watch the thread so my real name and real life information wasn’t given out.
I know this is not the end of my bashing on this thread or on the game and some I find very funny , I actually watch for the logs on one guys statement of me hitting on him. Giggle. I left that guild due to being hit on I left a lot of guilds due to that for the sake of my real life relationship. Even that has come back to bite me in ass so to speak. I tried to avoid those situations and my boyfriend who harped on me about the guys in my guilds to where I would leave found a girl he was going to have come here and be with.
And yes it did cause me to not take as much crap in game and I left a few guilds of what they say /rage quit. To each their own .
You may even be asking why I care what you write about me and I think we all have a little bit of ourselves in your toons . If you call someone a friend on the game yet back stab them with insults I think that shows the character you are in real life too. Or you hold a title of guild officer or leader yet you bash someone on a thread that is in your guild…again show of character if you held a management position in real life. I took it upon myself to look at your character of being understanding from the situation in August. This is why I am writing you again. Maybe to help explain and to apologize making a statement that came out totally wrong. So LFG as you are called on this site do as you wish with my letter and maybe it may stop the calls from coming in fingers crossed if u post this on the threads and if you don’t post it thank you

If someone is calling and harassing you, that is probably because you gave your contact info to someone you played EQ2 with. That has zero, zip, nada to do with me or this site, however. I haven't published your personal information on this site, only information concerning your EQ2 pseudonym.

If you feel someone is illegally harassing you, you should contact your local police and not me. That's because I don't owe you shit nor can I provide any solution to your personal problems.

Please stop contacting me unless you are going to post in this thread. I have absolutely no legal obligation to you or culpability in this matter of any kind.

P.S. If you are honestly paying a fucking attorney to consult with you about problems YOU'VE created in a virtual online game that doesn't involve your RL in anyway, you should check into becoming a ward of the state, because in my opinion, you are legally retarded and incapable of being responsible for your own actions.
