honestly, if people bother contacting cs about something like that then you cant really expect them to read what you write anymore since the workload must be way too high....

shinies (and also harvesting nodes) spawning somewhere you cant reach them has been an issue since day one....

You should have filed a bug report, not a petition. A CSR wouldn't have been able to help you at all. You also should have used as clear language as possible, like referring to a collectible item out of reach as opposed to a 'stuck shiny'.

Basically, you used the wrong tool, and the CSR responded as best they could. Sorry, but you seem to be going out of your way to make SOE look bad when you used the petition system incorrectly and filed a poorly worded petition on top that.

I totally feel the OP's pain here about the stupidity of these CSRs. But I do agree with you also. It seems to me that these people are just schlubs in an e-mail version of a call center (for one thing they use RightNow - the same worthless piece of software that I do at my tech support job). They probably don't have to play the game at all to do the job. At most they might have some kind of utility software that they can use to make changes to accounts on rare occasions.

Definitely do file bug reports on this stuff though. It's the only way they can adjust the possible spawn locations on the maps to exclude places which are out of reach.
