Don't know Ociadia at all but i've had a really unpleasant encounter with Phinny in the past, seems like a good time to share it with you all:
Must be more than a year ago now, i was levelling my defiler and needed a nest group for Hooloh hat update. Some people joined that needed the update, some others just to help (including Phinny - who was in Strike at that time i believe).
Now I was pretty much a huge newb at the time (new to mmo's, never grouped out of guild, about 3p in the bank, had never raided, didnt even have a 70 iirc) and so clueless about a lot of the etiquette and 'unwritten' rules people played the game by.
We get to the 4th named and he drops Undying Dreadnought, necro master tank pet. Everyone's excited of course, and woohoo i win the roll.. I immediately get a tell from Phinny stating he has an alt that needs that master and asks if he could have it. A few moments later he offers me 3p for it, says that's the going rate for masters that a group member needs for an alt. Now i get confused, i knew about NBG and i knew that master was probably worth a lot more so i get the feeling Phinny is trying to scam me.. He keeps sending me tells while i keep healing the group and meanwhile I'm asking in guild chat what's the right thing to do in this situation. Guildies tell me to put it on the broker and ignore his claims, so thats what i did and i sold it for 25p to Necromantic (he can back this up if anyone cares to check it). Phinny called me a greedy punk or somesuch and eventually his harrassing tells stopped.
Make up your own mind about who was the bigger n00b at the time, me or Phinny, just thought i'd give the readers here a bit of background info..
