To clarify, since it seems some people may have taken my previous post the wrong way. Rei... if you meant that as sarcasm, shame on me. My apologies. However, if you do feel that way about the RM, then my post stands as it is.
Hopefully it's the former and my irritation and frustration re: the human populace has just gotten the better of me.
Regardless, this is why I stay out of the flames. Or... heh... try to.

I don't know... at the end of the day... if the absolute worst is true...
If you can't manage to get along with a bunch of roleplaying emo-drama cyber whores and you've been trying to.... that's pretty pahtetic. So, that's bad. If you've been trying to piss them off enough to get booted, and it took you three years and 250 posts to do so, that's pretty sad too.
And if the RM and the people there aren't that bad. If it's just a diverse collection of people from conservative to liberal, roleplayers and former roleplayers, men and women, cyber and non-cyber.... if the RM is just a bunch of people playing a game, all their own way... a game, it's worthy of noting, where ALL of the players are looked down on as losers by non-gamers....
Well, then the whole thing is really made of phail.

Ah didn't see this before i posted that last one. I take a fairly neutral stance on the RM community. My original post was more or less telling Leithe if he doesn't like it, instead of bitching about it on a forums how about just leave it alone? Seems like a simple solution to me.

I think her intent was to be sarcastic, rather then actually being critical. Some of the services on the RM, are up and available to all, within reasonable limits. I've got no problem with someone who has a neutral stance taking up a smidge of bandwidth. I'm a sport that way.
Now, someone who despises me, my web site, the people on it... who still continues to use it. Well, that just makes me laugh my ass off.
