Glad to say I've pretty much been nothing but a thorn in the ass to this community for....ever? Bunch of tools with very few exceptions. And those who are, already know who they are.

Anyway. I got banned there the other day finally, I guess from the admin being fed up of me being a pain in the ass and banned me, because that's a much better reason than saying it's not OK to explain a catalyst in response to someone being upset at the community dividing on itself lately.

As I was already banned, I couldn't make a post of my own. So I went to my friend Lightningcount AKA Jesus Chris and linked him to the sight, and said "Do it justice."

No, this flame isn't by me, but it was deleted rather quickly, and it was so epic that I felt it needed more attention. So I screencapped it before the admin deleted it.

The post ending, "In conclusion ..." is of course followed by an ascii picture. If you're curious to see what it is, simply click on the image above, go to properties, paste the link in your address bar, and change the "TLC1" part to "TLC2". If you don't understand how to do this, you suck at life.

No, the flame's not by me. He came up with that shit in 10 minutes. If I could even come up with something like that it'd take me hours or days.

God. Looking back I wish I had been more blatany with being a pain in the ass and less passive and subtle. That woulda been way more gratifying. Oh well.

Well, as the person responsible for the RM, I can say this...

I started off really hating Leithe, for the reasons a lot of people did. But then... what the hell, I made a stab at dealing with Leithe on Leithe's terms.

I was blunt and harsh with him, but not mocking. Gave as good as I got, and didn't whimp out, or go all woe-is-me for the pain of being insulted on him. And. much to my surprise, Leithe and I were suddenly getting along.

For quite a while, both admins and regular posters were asking me to ban Leithe. I didn't want to, though. Leithe may talk like an asshole sometimes, but what's great about him is that he speaks truth to power, and doesn't hold back.

He managed to rack up over 250 posts on the RM, most of them the same every day banter you get on any fourm.

The sad thing is, Leithe thinks I banned him for being an ass. Actually, I really like that about Leithe. What got Leithe banned wasn't his straight-talk, honesty, or his willingness to stand up and say things nobody else would.

What got him banned was his lack of respect. See, I have this little rule on my forums... no flames about EQ, at all, any subject. It's something that's always caused problems, and besides, that's what this forum is for. Why compete with the pros?

Sure, I broke my own rules a few times, but I like to think I've admitted when I was wrong, and tried to correct it.

Leithe, however.... kept breaking them, over and over again. I tolerated it, because, like I said... I actually like him. But... clearly, the reverse isn't true. I should have known it before, really. His constant disrespecting of my rules should have shown me that.

In the end, Leithe went too far. The attitude, the bluntness, that I can handle. I can respect it. Leithe won't compromise an inch on what he believes is true, or what he thinks should be said.

However, without tempering that with some respect, I finally banned him from the forums. If that makes it something worth ranting about... fine, Leithe, go for it. You seem to judge winning by how many places you get kicked out of.

Well, you won. Also, you lost.

I think I can sum it up for you.

The RM is a message board on the AB server for roleplayers. Obviously, one of a couple. The basic gist of it is that Leithe and I see some things very differently. I don't think he's upset with ME in particular, but he clearly doesn't like a lot of the people on my forums.

He made a few too many posts against the rules, got banned, and now he's venting.
