I don't understand how an economy works that must be it! Maybe my time isn't worth more than 20gold. But how about the noobs trying to get a collection done and seeing that the price of 1 piece if 20gold, which he mostly likely can't spare. Sure maybe I can pay 20gold for that it but how about the new player?

And since when does EQ2 even have an economy?

Well then, he needs to go harvesting doesn't he?

I guess we have to take baby steps in teaching you about an economy. Yes, each server has its own economy. Now, your homework for tonight is to go harvest a bunch of T2 shinies, then go to the closest broker and study how a free market works.

I'll expect an essay from you comparing and contrasting it to the 'economy' of your motherland, Russia.

O, and 3 dollars a gallon? don't make me fuckin laugh...If Americans were paying the ACTUAL cost of oil, including the security costs and environmental costs, gas would be many times more expensive.

K i'll make sure to study how if some random fag puts up a t2 glowie for 2plat than I should also! T5 shards are cheaper than T2 in most cases which I find dumb. No body thinks of the economy when they throw these prices up, they just think about the guy who will make a mistake and hit buy on accident.

Actually it makes perfect sense. The vast majority of players rush through T2. Getting to level 20 is easily done in less than a day. On the other hand it does take some time to get through T5, especially if you're not trying to power level your way through. Thus there are more people spending more time in T5 harversting shinies. There's the supply side of supply and demand right there.

Unlike Hoss or whatever you made sense. I guess you're right but I really hate how T2 items have a higher value than T5. Because a T5 player can harvest T2 items easier without worrying about being attacked while he will be in T5 zones.
