As it was related to me it was a claim of 1-80 in 4 days. I looked them up on EQ2players and they weren't there at all for 2 days. Got me curious considering the exploit issues with shard of fear that had occurred on Unrest. Once they finally showed up on Eq2players I saw the days played and thought it was funny considering I was told the whole 1-80 bit.

I can see how looking at it by itself you'd think 70-80 and that does make sense. I guess you would have had to get involved from when the toon first showed up on Oasis for it to seem funny blah blah.

Unfortunately, this was so long ago that I don't have any evidence saved anymore, but maybe I can get some other ex-Eternal Chaos people who post here to verify what I am saying?

Anyway, there used to be a brigand named Sscorpian back when Splitpaw was released.

Sscorpian was what you would call a "special" applicant. He died more times in raids than anyone else, including Kazora, who was in the top 10 in # of deaths for our server at the time. (More from Exploration and being the Guinea Pig for raid mob abilities. Really.) On fighting Venekor alone, his gear could go from fully repaired to over half dead in under 2 minutes. Every time the AE went off and he was alive, he died. Every time he tried to DPS, he died. Any time he did anything besides stay the hell out of AE range, he died.

That's just the tip of the iceberg. However my memory isn't very good remembering anything else that happened in between that and when he left. He did get more competent (at playing at least) though for the time he was with us.

His crowning moment however, occured much later when he 'accidentally' looted Opalescent Silk Slippers in Splitpaw. Loot was still on random because the officers wanted people to be able to see the item stats themselves instead of having to type it all out. His excuse was that he had the enter key set to roll on any loot that popped up. I don't remember the amount of time he was guilded, but I want to say it was more in the realm of weeks rather than months after having countless numbers of loot flash before his eyes, so I highly doubted anyone believed him. But the officers let it go this time; the fact that he couldn't even use it anyway probably played a factor.

The next day his character disappeared. I don't remember if he posted on our boards or made another character saying that he was Sscorpian, but either way, we found out that he claimed he was hacked and that his character disappeared. So someone looked up all the Brigands for sale and found him within minutes of looking. It didn't help that his brigand was a half-elf male with a mohawk, and that his inventory STILL HAD the stupid slippers.

What kind of retard ninja-loots something he can't even use? And then moves to Station Exchange, with crap gear, hoping his character will sell?

Good riddance though.

I think the approximate time frame of this was June-July 2005.
