Correct me if i'm wrong, but what is acutally stopping him from making another account?

Lets say this person is a college/uni student..and doesn' thave a comp in his/her room...

so he goes to comp lab/library and there are gunna be like 20-30+ comps around for anyone to use...could he not just keep "hopping" around computers?...He could come back with a decent name..not summit hat could be made up like LFGSUCKSASS or summit...and acutally be civil and not post porn?..

Even tho there is so totally nought wrong with porn

So...if I think he's an idiot because I saw him violate site rules by a) posting porn, then b) creating and using a second account I'm apparently simple. Well, personally I'm going to use the evidence presented in front of me, by that person, to make judgements on what kind of person they are. Right now the evidence that I have seen is that Lacotae is a fucking moron because he hopped on the retard highway and ignored all the exits and now he's in ban-ville, where he belongs.

But apparently if 3 or 4 people that I don't know, tell me that the guy that I saw being an asshat is actually a cool guy I should just take them at their word and ignore what I observed, cuz you know, those people told me to.

When I catch people doing shit that obvious, I usually do a ban on the partial IP, rather than the whole thing, to ban all nodes in the entire dormitory, or in some cases, the entire university.

The problem is, it's a hassle keep going five blocks away to an Internet cafe to read and post, or even across the street. Everyone eventually gets lazy or slips and posts from some comp they forgot they previously used to post on this site once, or they get drunk and just say fuck it and post from their main comp.

That's when the system sends me another email ratting them out, and when I ban their new accounts and other IP numbers. And so this circle of banned IPs gets ever wider, and then they must either begin learning the ways of the haxor and anon/proxy servers, or drive 5 miles to an Internet cafe in the next town. Eventually, people like Hastely, Yuyoy, and others who do this realize it isn't fun, it's a hassle and a lot of work, so they inevitably give up.

first, i said simple view, not simple person. if you're going to get upset, at least get upset about what i actually said, not what you wanted me to say.

second, i never said you should believe what i believe merely because i stated it. i have maintained that everyone is entitled to whatever opinion they want. however, in my opinion, by just looking at two posts that he made and the circumstances under which they were made is not enough to pass judgment on the intelligence of an individual.

again, stop putting words in my mouth. i believe that i have been quite clear as to my purpose and intent. if you are unable to understand the meaning of the words that i am using, then i suggest asking someone who is american english literate and has some common sense to help you. i'm really not dealing with difficult concepts here.

and i'll say it one more time for anyone who hasn't been keeping up but doesn't know what my stand is:
lacotae broke site rules. lacotae got banned. he earned that, and i have no discrepancy with that event. i maintain, however, that he is not an idiot based on my knowledge of him through our friendship over the last several years.
