I realize you aren't very bright, but let me explain a basic fact to you.

When I IP ban someone, they can still view the site if they aren't logged in. It's called "guest" - the IP ban only prevents them from registering a new account from the banned IPs.

I'm not trying to, and cannot, prevent anyone from viewing the site.

Any other totally retarded, pointless, and inaccurate observations you'd like to share?
