This site has been in operation since Aug 06, and there are less than a dozen people perma banned at this time for disciplinary reasons.

I do this publicly because that is the most successful way of getting the message across. I know for a fact doing this publicly saves me time by giving other people notice that they'd be retarded to do the same thing.

It's management by example, that's all.

Lacotae being banned makes me sad, he is a good friend of mine.. but he also doesn't even play EQ2 anymore, so I'm thinking he probably doesn't even care.
