It might be worded wrong like other recent cast haste items and offer a 50% casting speed increase instead, but that's still no less obscene.

Couldn't a person also just lie about the gear they own? I don't have any doubts about who you are guessing this is, just curious. Once the toon is paid for, and a buyer finds out that they didn't get all the stuff, not sure what they could do except maybe leave negative feedback on this one account that the seller owns. Big deal...if seller ever wants to use this auction site again simply create a new account. Unless the buyer could somehow stop the payment process but seller would be dumb to give up account info without cash in hand.
