no it is a title you get for accumulating infamy or fame depending on which side you are on, titles go like this least to greatest, hunter, slayer, destroyer, champion, dreadnaught, master, and overseer, the last two are real hard to get and i think there are some other titles like general or something that came out with eof but ive only played a total of 3 days since the new expansion so i dont know.
