Ugh, those stories sound like a pain. I'm not big on tradeskilling but from time to time I get tells asking to make something that I'd totally screw up on. I warn them, saying, "I may mess this up, ask a jeweler at my tier who is better at this." But that's a whole other topic on my part!

Also, a little anecdote: an unnamed person had asked me where the highest point in Sinking Sands was for the carpet quest. I told them where it is, what area it's near...

They ask me "well where's that?"

Me: "Go north up the sand-"

Them: "Where's that?"

Me: "... RTFM."

Honestly, I'm a sweet and nice Rhoslyn but if you're not going to learn to do things by yourself sometimes I will get ticked.

Another little thing: Random people asking to be my friend. Uh, Rhos has friends... but does she know you... is the question!

EDIT: P.S., to all morons who think just because I'm level 70 means I have to powerlevel everyone else: just get out of EQ2.

The same applies to those who think I'm very rich and whatnot. Earn it like I did, darnit!

Sometimes people take a break from the game for a few months and come back to give it another try. Some of these morons coudl be normal folks who have done just that.

Those people generally aren't idiotic about their questions though. I'm talking about the people who are either completely new or veterans who never bother to do things for themselves. :/

I wasn't talking a level 65 adventurer who didn't know about crafting; he was a level 65 ARTISAN who didn't know really basic stuff. Like you don't make rawhide, or any other kind of leather.

gotta knock my own guildies for this... and i have done it too. you put the raid on the guild motd so when people come in it is the first thing that pops up or heaven forbid you somehow miss it and have to hit 'u' on ur keyboard and go to main... but the question is....

"so whatre we raiding tonight?"

now i have to knock EL. honestly this is my favorite part about some of you guys.

lol. you MUST be bored. I was just making fun that the roots STILL say rootses on the broker and in a bunch of the recipes. Makes me giggle.
