Trying to say otherwise is pretty stupid. Then again, I guess some of use like Soviet-style censorship.

This is GM Vensid once more. Thank you for contacting Sony Online Entertainment In-Game Customer Service.
I see that you have concern regarding the behavior of GM Chandrok. While I can understand that there would be concern if there were a GM that was favoring one player for any reason, and I can safely tell you that this is not the case. It would be in your best interest to read the rules of conduct which all players are expected to follow. You can do so by accessing the following link:

Of key interest for your petition, you may wish to take note of the text quoted below.
7. You may not abuse other players or Customer Service Representatives.
-Implying Favoritism by EQ2CSRs - Stating that employees of SOE or members of the Guide program will show favor towards one or more parties involved in any given situation. This includes, but is not limited to, using threats of retribution or inferring that you will not be held accountable for your actions due to special consideration.
All GM decisions are impartial and based on upholding current SOE policy. I will not be taking action against your account for the issue given that I can understand your concern for the matter, but do rest assured that the character Yuyoy has no connections with SOE customer service staff. I saw the /reports submitted and understand that there were players who strongly felt that an injustice had taken place, though the players making those comments were merely being speculative without evidence to the claim. Events surrounding these issues are very well known to GM's, and it was only coincidence that GM Chandrok had responded to the issue. The situation was addressed appropriately according to policy, and you should expect SOE policy to be enforced regardless of the GM handling an issue. Just as you were warned for what you have now admitted and understand to be inappropriate behavior, all players who received warnings were also in violation of policy and held responsible for their actions.
I hope that this helps to clarify this situation for you, and if you have any other concerns we may be able to address in the future, please contact us again at your convenience.
Good luck to you, and safe journey in your future adventures!
Sincerely,
GM Vensid

my comment in the chat channell was this and as you can see it no more then most say everyday in them
Greetings Ciginu,
This is GM Gaunsky from Sony Online Entertainment's In-Game Support. I understand you wish to know why your account was issued a warning. We have received a report regarding the language you have used in a public chat channel. Upon investigating the issue we discovered that you have said the following in the 70-70 chat channel:
"we need someone in this channel to say yuyoy is a sperm bag"
This is not only a personal attack but also language we do not tolerate in our game. Because this is your first offense you were only issued a warning. Future violations of this type can may result in the suspension or banning of your account. If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to reply to this petition or submit a new one.
With regards,
GM Gaunsky
