From what I have been able to surmise this all started over Yuyoy reporting Shianne for botting. Why does this concern anyone else that this did not pertain too.

A mob mentality only leads to persecution of innocent people. Just because you gather a mass to support a cause does not mean the cause is just. So now the mass is on a witch hunt of a GM.... humm wonder how that will turn out?

The other day I was teleporting to Jarsath Wastes from West Freeport, and me and a friend of mine like to form large trains to see how long we last before porting...

I thought he was hanging out at the Blood Haze, so I trained them over there. Apparently, when I ported, the guards killed some Qeynosian. Fucking roleplayers hanging out in the blood haze, one of them died.

Somebody reported me for it, though supposedly it wasn't the guy who died but his guildmates.

So this idiot GM sends me a tell talking about all this shit like he's some kind of omniscient mindreader that knew absolutely every last intent ever and tells me he's flagging my account. What the fuck?

Am I seriously supposed to scan a fucking FREEPORT zone for QEYNOSIANS if I want to teleport off a fucking train of guards? That's ridiculous. Here's an idea. You don't want Qeynosians to die in Freeport? Make the guards non-KOS. The Qeynos vs Freeport storyline never fucking went anywhere anyway except on PVP servers. I shouldn't be getting my fucking account flagged because some Qeynosian roleplayer wants to hang out in a city where the guards would love to stomp his face in. That's fucking stupid.

Anyways, after talking to this guy, I ask him at least 3 times (think it was 3-5 times) to cite the specific rule I broke from the Eula/PnP/Whatever it was. He failed to do so each and every time and simply told me "I should know better". That's fucking bullshit. Figures of authority shouldn't be doing that.

So after failing to cite the rule I broke, he ALSO fails to name a superior and/or a way to contact said superior so I can discuss this issue with them, and promptly logs out.

I'm in the process of trying to find the CS phone number because it's apparently hidden on the site, and trying to find out, also, who I need to talk to that's above this douchebag.

chandrok stepped over the line and if any of you gm or not reads and monitors the chat channells then you know up to the point that chandrok stepped in it is everyday normal chat
but when a gm steps and defends 1 person against a whole server this is wrong

but gm chandrok is the issue plain and simple i want to know why when i cna loot items or i fall thru the world or get a raid zone lockout or any number of game wide issues does a gm not show up or take 5 hrs to find a chest in a simple zone like king dryek chamber and then says nothing we can do
but can from that chat logs you all just read suspend a player remove him and him alone from a raid zone during a raid and screw the guild players and many paying custumers screw a lockout timer this all being said if you think gm is not capable of making life a real pain for uprising you are sadly mistaken

My opinion in this matter:

Having played on Kithicor until November, it is my opinion that Yuyoy intentionally instigates server disruption of the type shown in the log file posted by saying something to provoke people (or doing something in game to provoke someone), then logging out or remaining silent. After he does that, I agree with what the GM said, that it's not Yuyoy spamming the petitions, it's his guildmates that he is using to play all the rest of you.

I think Yuyoy is playing the players and SOE against each other, and is singlehandedly responsible for this disruption. But all the rest of the players involved are acting like Pavlov's dog.

What I'm saying is that I think SOE should handle this in a different way, but many of the players involved on both sides are hardly blameless either.

When a GM comes into channel and tells everyone to drop it, they really have no choice but to take action and restore order when people start spamming the channel with stuff like this:

I mean, Jesus, are you trying to get banned? What do you expect them to do when this happens?

It seems clear to me that SOE should go after the root cause, which is Yuyoy, and give him a MANDATORY free transfer and name change to another server. All they are doing now is dealing with the consequences of a leaking roof by using buckets and towels rather than shingles and tar paper.

This situation is out of control. The "respect my authoritah" strategy being used by SOE to try and moderate this situation isn't working, and will not work in the future. Either Yuyoy must be moved off of Kithicor, or instructed not to use the server channels. This situation will replay everytime Yuyoy uses the server channels in the future.

Why cause this degree of negative goodwill, expensive and wasteful CS time, and apparent loss of subscribers over just one player. Get rid of or move Yuyoy, and this problem will solve itself immediately.

i ahve been on this server from day 1 and neriak before that yuyoy has been a issuse ever since he arrived but again he not the issue here GM CHANDROK is
most that know me on this server know i pretty laid back and dont cause issues but this is out of hand when a gm uses his power for these reasons and as far agm coming into chat and saying this stops now fine but dont threaten and misuse power if chandrok had in the past been reasonble ie read the dam post none of us would ? him but hey we all live with our past actions and held to them WHY THE FUCK AINT HE stop side stepping the issue and handle chandrok
