I don't know why you would want to have that argument. I was your GL then and I told you what you did was wrong. You manipulated the rules to ... "Allow your brother and sister-in-law to attend a raid they had failed to sign up for in a timely manner at the expense of ally's from another guild" What you did was substitute a coercer for a troub for Vyemm when we were already tanking both mobs with one tank with no issues...
|
First off, the raid this occurred this was for was Halls of Seeing, not Vyemm. We were certainly NOT having an easy time of the Bloodbeast, (since our alliance had actually never cleared HoS). We were having extreme power issues, and healer issues keeping the MT and others up on the fight. Any number of people can verify this. And, in essence, this is alot of the problem with you...you make decisions and arguments when you have almost no idea what the heck is going on.
Secondly, the coercer, Imrandy, came in for an assassin...Tool...who just so happens to be reading this thread. (And, my guess is, he'll remember this) Lifebringer, a warden, came in to replace a ranger. this troubadour thing being replaced never happend. Iciah, the troubadour, was never removed from the raid, he only was in a group not perfectly ideal for him because we had power problems for that group. So, an assassin and a ranger were moved down in priority to make room for a coercer (bring us up to ONE enchanter) and a warden (Bringing us up to ONE warden, and the 5th healer total). Keep in mind, I detailed exactly what I was doing, and explained this every step of the way. I also explained it was highly likely the people moved down would very likely be in the raid anyway, as people in the alliance seemed to show up about 75% of the time.
We know what the fall out from that was... LETS RECAP...

I left the game... you all eventually screwed Forgotten Knights (would you all like to discuss the box from Tarinax?)...
|
I ABSOLUTELY would love to discuss the box from Tarinax!!
Here is what happened, for those not in the know. Our alliance killed Tarinax, for the first time. Right after the dragon died, we were fighting the adds that had spawned, and the chest had not been opened. The zone crashed. Darn it, it happens. So, it was like 3am, and Solindus filled out the petition to try and get the loot. There was no way of knowing how long it would take to get resolved, if ever. I, with the most amount of DKP of anyone in the raid, made it public that if the Breathe of the Destroyer was in the chest, I wanted it. If anything else dropped, I did NOT want it. I was the only person who made his claims known ahead of time.
Time passed, and people signed off, went to bed, whatever. (And remember, for those reading, we are all NOT in the same guild, but we did have a website) The GM got back to Solindus approx a day later, and agreed we defeated Tarin, and that were loot eligible. It was determined the Breathe was in the chest, and while I was signed off, the Breathe appeared in my inventory. yeah, me...charged myself the DKP for the item. Other crap dropped, pretty much all junk, that was transmuted by Lyger I believe. Remember, we don't have decades to decide this, it is a GM talking to Solindus and Lyger, and they have to make snap decisions on this....(and, feel lucky we got anything whatsoever) So, the rest of the stuff was just muted/trashed...including a Relic Silk hat, which they determined noone would want. They posted at that time what happened on the allaince website.
I know of nothing that could be done any different, or in any way anyone did anything untoward. I suppose we could have forced people to take crap loot, and A Relic Silk Hat is....crap loot. Solindis posted immediately what happened as we learned it, and he for some reason was castrated for doing that there, instead of having some intergalactic conversation.

Your dirty conniving's destroyed the alliance and Shadows and Dust... You couldn't continue to raid because you shot yourself in the foot and alienated our allies. So you brought what was left of the raid force to the co-op. You destroyed the co-op with your constant inane whining and greedy self righteous attitude...
|
I know of no whining I have done. Is this like whining someone while soloing won a master and I should get it? Oh wait...that wasn't me. Who was that? Can't remember.
As for raiding with the coop, I was the first member slot granted. I joined the coop, personally, because our guild leader got mad and quit the game for some reason. Oh, wait...that was you. Our guild, while a good casual guild, was not raid capable, so I joined a coop that I would not have to deguild my current affiliation and still be able to raid. I then mentioned to my fellow guildmates a raiding option, for those who wanted to stay in the guild, and yet still be able to raid. Since our guild allaince raided, if ever, on Fri/Sat, and to Coop raided on M/W/TH...this seemed like a harmless idea.

The question is why didn't you make the jump to Bloodlines? Were you even invited?
|
My guess is, the reason I was not invited was that it was clear I would not abandon my brother and gf in SnD, however, you'd have to ask Lyger and Soull the exact reason. I have raided with them since, at their invitation I might add, though I am still a member of SnD.

Ultimately the reason Soullstalker decided to form his own raiding guild once again was because you alienated everyone.

I'm not sure I alieniated anyone, to be honest, except for possibly you.

If anyone is to blame for the demise of Shadows and Dust and Sanctuary it is Manratten not Soullstalker.

I didn't realize SnD faced some demise. You realize I am njot an officer of SnD, never was. I don't have anything whatsoever to do with Sanctuary, but nothing else you says makes sense, might as well blame me for Sanctuary as well.

Who wants to hang out with a fricking greedy insolent little prick like that?
|
Let's be clear...between the two of us, only one of us bought masters from the alliance with their own DKP gave them for free to the alliance, whomever asked. And...only one of us demanded a master from someone else that they got while soloing.

That his sister in law was GL only made him more insufferable and is one of tthe main reasons I left SaD. Ask yourselves why when I came back to the game I joined Forgotten Knights (who according to the assholes [Imrandy, Tenderheart, Manratten just so there is no mistakes on who I blame] at SaD were the ones who screwed them over... but being arrogant little self righteous pricks THEY would think that) and have been happy ever since.
|
This is almost humorous. You have the gall to call Imrandy and Tenderheart righteous pricks, laugh. Tell you what, when they are made leaders of a guild, and they rage quit becuse they don't get their way over every little thing, you can call them what you want. But, the problem is...that was you. My brother and his wife are actually just flat out good people, in every sense of the word, and I think you are being very foolish and childish insulting them. But...do what you want.

Give him credit at least he was smart enough to ditch Manratten along the way.

Hey Soull, you reading this?
See, my guess is, Bloodlines was created because people weren't showing dedication and commitment to the Coop. (And you'd be hard pressed to point that finger at me) But, perhaps it was created in order to stop my and my evil reign of error....
