First off, I don't remember anyone doubting that the changes were necessary for the success of the raid, and we did have a rule stating a RL could do that. Maybe yall said something in the officer section, I dunno.

I had forgotten that I was bumped for that one, because like manrat said, there were usually enough no shows that I made the raid even when i was on standby. Second, wasn't there a brigand bumped too manrat? Actually, I didn't think the ranger had been bumped at all, she was just moved down to the 24th spot.

It could be that you are remembering MoM's glory days ... but in the time I was there, we always had to scrownge the last few spots. I was standby more than anyone else probably, and I don't recall a single raid I missed unless it was because i wasn't lvl 70 yet. 75% may be an exaggeration, but i seem to remember we needed like 30 sign ups to be guaranteed a full raid force. A note, the people who were bumped woulda made the raid that night if they had shown.

Hoss, issues out there .I admitted it, Lyger PROVED I gave the stuff back. I'm a horrible person.Actually, for fun I punch babies ,kittens,orphans,midgets, and clowns in the face to burn calories and because it's funny. Also, sometimes when the mood hits me I tape 4 or 5 aerosole cans together and spray them at the ozone while shooting the .i.. Just a couple of cheap entertaining activities.

Imaginary items and a pack of bubblegum are now on my record.Seriously though, I realized it was a mistake and the guild's items were not Soull's.No one is disputing I didn't take them.The fact is they were given back and not because of any issue besides morality.All I have to say about that issue and frankly it is getting fucking old.

The brigand wasn't bumped, he just bailed to show guild solidarity or something. I don't have any problem with that, but if people drop from the raid, I wish they didn't point at me and say, "He kicked the Brigand...get the rope!!". Yeah, we always had to search for the last few spots, every week. And, it was always freaking healers we needed. (or, the one enchanter we had)

And, you're absolutely right Hoss, there was a rule implicitly stating that what I was doing was exactly what I was supposed to do as a raid leader. Heck, I thought I was going the extra mile by mentioning everything I was doing, and then the next day when people had issues, organizing a alliance vent conversation to make sure all parties were ok.

The reason I was on the plat list was because every day I would come home and do Poet's Palace, in an effort to try and afford/miracle my necro masters. And, everyday, I invited any and all takers to come with me if they wished. Anyone, 55+, was welcome to come. As for me being charitable, you better freaking believe I am. How much DKP did you spend to buy masters to give away to the rest of the alliance?

That in essence was my stance. I got more masters than anyone, gave away more masters than anyone, and yet...I was the greedy one. It's that kind of thing that baffles me. Heck, you freaking got the master in question. This is pretty much proof you can't please some people to me.

Now, as for me notifying anyone in the alliance, I can see how you think everything is my fault and all, but sheesh...you realize I was NOT an officer in the alliance. That said, I found out the same way everyone did in the alliance, via the website. Solindus put up a post immediately after he found out. What are you hoping for, speed of light communications to everyone in the alliance? Seriously, be upset if you want, but consider if you found out today at 3:35pm, (or any other arbitrary time), how you would notify people in the alliance. Regardless, keep in mind I did not make call on what would be transmuted....I wasn't there. Again, you are attributing me of deeds I did not do, which again, is standard. You make quick judgements about stuff you don't know anything about.

Then, when you find out how wrong you are....you quit.

Let's see... hmmm, when RoK came out we were only 52... thats 12 levels in 2 mos and we'll be way ahead of you by the time your 65 ... trust.

And just for the record I'm not slamming Shadows and Dust... theres a lot of good peeps in there. It's just a pity that its run by a few assholes. What a waste of one of the servers oldest guilds. And please by all means if any of you are tired of the being in a dead end guild... give us a call.
