What, you thought coherency was required to be a GM? Sony outsourced their CS to India, which is why you have some people with GLOWING stories of GM CaliforniaDev fixing them right up, but most people are stuck with GM Patel mangling the language and mostly cutting/pasting.

We lost a shot at the godking back when it was uber because of a mob reset/poof, and it took two hours to get a cut/paste of "sorry can't help".

It's the harshest criticism I have of the whole game actually. It's sad and pathetic to outsource such a trivial job, yet one that requires a fundamental grasp of English and net-savvy to really do well, to INDIA, home to Bollywood. It's insulting.

We had the pleasure of working with this asspimple the other night in Protector's Realm. Adkar's box went in the floor, we petitioned, and moved on. During the Imzok fight he popped in zone with us, and said Hi about 8 times. I let him know what we needed, and about 5 mintues later he came back with:

"Yes, I see you killed Adkar on this date at this time."

"Yea, I said that. We know he died, see? We just killed Imzok. What we want is our loot."

"Yes, you are correct he had loot."

"..."

(no response from him in like 4 minutes)

"Ok, well then is there anything else I can help you with?"

"Yes. Can we have our loot? That would be great..."

"Yes he dropped Boots and Low Epicbonus"

"Please give the Boots to Toon and please give me the plat"

"There was no plat, only the Boots and Low Epicbonus"
