No, the loot involved is insignificant.
It's the fact that the two in question purposefully cock blocked someone who wasn't even involved in the previous loot dispute.

Have you not heard? Effects > stats since, like, forever.

The healer rolled on a power regen item, one with stats that he would use. I could list a few items that have been good for classes, dispite a lack of what you would call appropriate stats for the class (Robe of the Invoker for a healer and Ring of the Nightblood in T4/T5 are the first that comes to mind). What is wrong with healers having power regen?

As a Troubador, I'm always paranoid about rolling on any item. I prefer caster items, but if I have a caster in my group I end up declining unless they don't need. I have the same problem with melee even though bards are considered a melee class (barely). I even declined on carotidcutter yesterday because I didn't want to take it from an assassin or swashbuckler.

End result: My gear is pretty bad and my dps contribution is low. I lose out and so do my future groups (Not that I am saying I am bad or something, but just stating they could have higher dps if I had rolled on items previously). Thank god melodic armor is decent and a lot of the solo quests gave good jewelry.

PUG loot is up for anyone who can use, the problem here, was that 2 buttsore casters rolled on a pure healer item just because they were told to not be stupid

When there are items that are an upgrade for you, have the balls and roll on it. When you always decline items for a class that will benefit more, your group spot is just a waste of time. You will be as useless as a healer with t6 items
