Little update here, to back-up the GL of Fabled, who said they dealt with it...I saw Allsop last night running around EFP last night...LFG tag up, and no guild tag so yeah, they didn't just brush this under the rug, they booted his ass. So at least on this issue I give Fabled

I gotta say, I don't know anyone involved and didn't really care (good read though)

but hearing that someone got booted from a guild for being an ass to others made me smile.

Too many times I read posts about someone being a dick, and then see nothing come out of it, or their behavior being defended..

glad to hear some guilds out there still have respect for other players and don't support shit like that. No matter how useless or small the loot was, its still a dick thing to do to roll on it on purpose and laugh in someones face. I'm positive if this was rl, they would be too scared to grab something out from under someones nose who needed it.. but since its the internet people think its cool to do shit that and laugh about it.

But yea I am also waiting for a reply to this thread when this person finds a new guild and they say 'it was a misunderstanding, he's a good player/person!'

Anything with a high int and spell crits does not automatically belong to casters. Other classes use int and spell crits.

Anything with high wis and heal crits/heal procs DOES automatically belong to healers because nobody else but maybe a pally can make use of that item.

The two people that did this just to be assholes need to be blacklisted on your server. If i was there, i would never group with them or allow them in a guild I was in.

No proof here that they were booted, so I wouldn't applaud the the guild, yet. They very well may have left on their own. These dicks probably don't even care about finding a guild to call home, to settle down with. Guild leader yells at them, they might just remove themselves, no big deal (to them).

Tbh it doesn't matter a ton to me whether or not they keep their guild tag, though I have a hunch that both guilds will do the right thing here. What's important is that the server and community have come out against them, that they have no one outside of their guilds (and probably not within them either) standing beside them in this. People need to face some level of responsibility when they are fuckups.

Perhaps the devs could add a new feature, whereby anyone on your ignore list is seen by you as sporting a bright red cloak with the letter R on it.
