Take note all, the wiki that was linked wasn't given that information by developers, it was posted there by players. If you want to know how to get through, you might want to check there. Simply because your fellow classmates didn't post it here doesn't mean it's broken.

Well Jindrack posted on the SOE boards that it's not in atm but that obsidian will be via hotfix. He even dropped a little hint so that's that, right?

Actually I met LFG at FF07 and he was a very nice guy and didn't even know he was deaf when talking to him found out weeks after. And people flaming others because of something like that should be shot.
