Here's the backstory:

There was a recruitment thread on the Unrest forums for Warriors of Virtue that was derailed a bit, tho it was in reference to people in WOV, so it wasn't terribly off topic and it was mildly interesting to those reading. But it WAS dyin.

Talonis came in and made some post about someone being a tool for derailing and flaming on a recruitment thread. I told him to STFU, the thread was made on the server forums and we could flame if we wanted to. Then he says that we couldn't because the OP had asked for it to be rerailed.

Only problem was, the OP hadn't asked for it, members of his guild had. By then Talonis had been deleting any post that mentioned that, and then started banning anyone who brought that to his attention. He said that having others "in the same guild as the OP" was good enough and we were breakin the rules. Halroth, Marvy and myself were all suspended for 3 days for our actions in the thread.

Before I was suspended, I followed Talonis' own suggestion to start a thread about it on the Forum info section. i did so, and as a result, Talonis said again that he felt 3 people of the same guild as the OP was the same as the OP askin for a rerail, and LFG agreed. LFG also agreed that it was unfair to suspend people for a rule that didn't exist before their suspension, so he would remove the suspension after a "cool off period."

Then Talonis got pwnd and lost his mod status for being a total nazi douche who doesn't know when to stop, who used suspensions and deletions as a way to shut down anyone that disagreed with him. In other words, he was acting like a mod from eq2players forums. So I happily say FUCK YOU TALONIS! If you had acted like a fuckin moderator should and actually thought shit through before reacting, you would still have your powers. But time and again you proved that you will use what powers are given to you to fight your fights.

P.S. This is the last I'm goin to talk about it on any threads.
