SOE Phone Customer Support... LAME!
I feel the need to bitch about this and see how many of you out there have had the same problems with the jokes that soe employees to run their phone customer support centers.
I've had to use this service on 2 occasions, and both times the same thing happened which resulted in having to call these fools numerous times.
You call them, the send you a email that you are to reply to, you reply to it, about a hour later you get a email back that says you cant reply to the email that they sent you to reply to. So you get back on the phone, wait 20 mins, then they say ok i'll send you the email again... from the same damn email address as the last one. You tell them it wont work, oh sure it will, get the email.. reply to it, get another email that says you cant reply to this email.
SOE ARE YOU FUCKING DOLTS? This happens every time, EVERY TIME. And i love their attempts at trying to fix the problem. "Duh ok im just gonna keep doing the same thing over and over again and maybe a act of god will make it actually work." Take some of the huge cash flow we all pay you to play this game and actually work on ways to help your customers instead of making them want to buy a automatic rifle and walk into your phone center and go postal on your asses.

When i used the phone service they actually were really good the three times i have they sorted my problem out asap and even commented on my cute British accent lol. Once they dealt with it i received emails confirming what had took place and that was that. Maybe i just got someone who wasnt a complete tool on the other end of the phone

I got Punjabis every time.
I had some free Planetside key from mycokerewards.com, and I tried to activate it on my account, which had apparently used the trial a couple of years prior. It gave me a message that it could only be used on new accounts, even though the page at mycokerewards.com made no mention of that.
I call and tell the guy exactly that, and he breathes heavily on the phone for a bit, puts me on hold for damn near half an hour, comes back and says "that key can only be used on new accounts." NO SHIT?????? I MUST NOT HAVE SAID THAT ALREADY!
It was probably the asshole that trained us in HoS.

Got suspended for 7 days for something absolutely retarded.
I went to customer service online thing, and got a response back from a GM stating that they dont discuss suspensions through emails or the customer service website, and to call the 1-800 number. So i call the 1-800 number, and get told that they don't discuss suspended accounts over the telephone, and that I need to contact customer service through the website...

If they would have just been honest about their customer service, and said, "Sorry we don't give a shit about your side of the story, go fuck a duck." right off the bat, I wouldn't have wasted all the time calling and emailing.

Same for me, minus the accent ;)
The last time they could not fix my problem, but they were curteous and told me to submit an in-game petition. And thankfully that worked out as that's the part that's usually hit or miss.
