Wouldn't it be the job of the healers, or healer class lead to know what the range of heals is, and not the MT's?

Unless maybe there is something else to that story - like positioning or something.....

Scenario: Fighting multiple trash mobs on the stairway in order to burn all to 10% then move to the next to prolong timer start...

Next thing you know, there goes FB, running down the steps and into the sunset. Maybe a mug of Budweiser lay in the distance.

Or better yet, charging mobs in Lyceum... and Labs... without telling anyone where he was going. Yay for Brawlers having to pick up the tanking.

All im going to add on this is .. Finebarb is one of the BEST Tanks on this server ... he is one of the reasons LOTM did so great in T6 AND T7 ....

drunk or not .. he got the job done!

What I am interested in hearing is how a nub-conjuror can quit a nub guild, /join one of the top raiding guilds on MM, and become an officer in like two weeks?

I'd find it hard to accept something like that even if the new recruit was a really cool person whom knew exactly what they were doing and had their shit together at all times. But, that obviously does not describe you.

So, I'm curious, would you care to enlighten us as to what sort of 'backstage favors' you had to start doling out in order to get that position you currently hold?

In regard to Finebarb, when sober while raiding, you would be hard pressed to find a better Guardian to tank your raids on MM. Hell, when drunk you would be hard pressed to find more than a handful that can keep up with him.

Oh, just a FYI, did you know that your fellow officers were willing to /demote (and / or) /guildremove you in order to get Finebarb back into the guild? The last I knew FB was going to give up ~20k a year in wages in order to raid with LoTM. But, who wants to pass up money like that in order to listen to you when you constantly "re-invent" the time-tested LoTM strats that when implemented (by you) do nothing but wipe the raids that you run. Listening to you micromanaging each member in the raid by telling them all how to play their characters and what spells to use can be quite fun too.

With the exception of Bobab, the biggest asshole game-wide, I feel sorry for you LoTM. I wonder how many members you guys will lose before either Talonis gets back or Nairb overcomes his shyness and you get put in your place.
