as much heat as Reborn has had in the past, it was strickly on raiding, not grouping. and you would be surprised on how Reborn deals with these kind of issues. Im sure the ppl who have been in reborn for 1-2 years could tell you the same.

i myself didnt care too much about it, but that's just me, im a 'i dont gaf what ya do" person. but almost the entire guild was disgusted and the situation was taken care of.

raised my eyebrows at this one, too. i've grouped with the same 5
folks since beta, so i haven't had much cause to worry about
changes to the looting system, but i could have sworn that you could
change the options after a chest dropped until you were blue in the
face and it wouldn't do a damned thing.

if this is working as intended, then you had better be rolling with
mother teresa or fucking pinocchio as a group leader - otherwise it
seems wide open for abuse. just like my mouth. that's right, i said it.

As for being able to change loot options after a chest drops, yeah that was done like the next update after rok came out if I remember correctly.

The one thing I'll say for the douchebag is that at least he didn't take the essence too. I'm betting the only reason he did not give anyone the heads up beforehand was because then they would have expected him to roll on nothing else before that. Did he take any other loot?

To the person bagging on a tank wanting the knife, if it sucks so bad, why don't we bag on the suck-ass (whatever drothar is) for needing it to! Even if he is a dual wielder, fucking raid PR and get betrayals song or segmented serrator.

BTW, so is xium drothar? I'm all confused. Sounded like he was in his first post.

if this is the same drothar that was in stasis for about a week or 2, this guy is a fuckstick. was trying to kill doom on my wizzy at 76 with 500 ping for the tormented braclet, guy fucking KSed me. figured since he was in stasis he would be cool about it (lot of friends in stasis) but all he did was break the root getting me killed because my ping was between 500 and 1500. he then went on to kill doom AND loot a tormented braclet, then tried to sell it back to me for 20p

bolded part is where it all went bad. i was lagging really bad at that point as well, i slowed him and ran back a bit because my root wanst up yet, but had he not broken it i would have killed it for sure as i had done it 2 hours earlier with the same lag. had i known drothar was an asshole i would most likely have locked the encounter, however i had been farming the same mob with HIS GUILDYS who were my friends for several days trying to get the braclet for myself or my buddies illy we werel eveling together. guy is just a greedy son of a bitch and doesnt deserve to get groups
