I'm a level 70 Guardian myself. I'm not the best tank ever, of course. What I'm talking about is those in the tier 6 or tier 7 range who still can't tank.

For example, a certain Bruiser on Nagafen in the Nest of the Great Egg instance.

He probably had App II taunts. I'm talking, mobs ALWAYS resisted his taunts, even though he was at their levels. He ended up with all his armor at 0% before even the mages were.

The 12-YEAR-OLD WIZARD tanked better than him.

I can understand if you're low level, but really. If you're higher level and NOT a bought character, you should know how to play. V:

Also, tanks that suck at tanking and they blame it on everyone else = lame.


BUT!

I'm not bashing only dumb tanks. Some healers are stupid too.

For example, I've noticed that some healers like to heal at the LAST MINUTE and think it's funny. "See, he almost DIED, and we almost WIPED, but LAST MINUTE DRAMATIC HEALING. Lol :D :D :D" It wasn't funny the first time, moron, now stop.

Oh, and wizards that think Ice Comet/Nova is the best thing to use when the tank body pulls a mob. OH, YOU DIED. GUESS WHY.

I had a Fury agitate and spineskin himself in Nest one night when I was tanking on my monk. That was a trip.

There was a templar with us, last night, when I was on my necro that was HORRENDOUS. She would constantly run ahead of the tank, barely heal, and use her offensive spells on the mob. I was healing the tank better than she was.

Being a tank myself, I hate grouping with a Paladin Tank when I am on my brig....I am used to what I can do, and normally try giving suggestions when really I should just stfu and leave the other tank alone...LOL

I made an sk alt just so I could understand the basic mechanics of tanking to yell at the dumbasses who screw up even the easiest pulls, not saying I'm the bestest tank ever...but I was holding agro off warlocks and wizards before EoF. So it kind of perterbed me when sk's tried using that BS excuse of bad agro control. And as far as riding on the coattails of others...yea...it's bad when a squishy has to teach the tank what body pulling is at lvl 70. Or tell the healer how to buff the group for best overall function instead of hording it all.
