It wasn't loaded at all, gnobrin just didn't understand it because he's so fucking out of touch with the EQ2 playerbase. There is nothing to argue, because that's what happened, it's clear as fucking day.

Someone said in that thread that even if Gnobrin and the rest of them came in and discussed and began to address stuff we brought up, and actually changed the broken things, then we would still complain and bitch about them. I don't think that's true, really. Sure, maybe a few of us, but I honestly think that most people who regularly post on this site are rational and would forgive and welcome the developers if they showed they were ready to engage and work towards the necessary changes.

Yeah, I think if we saw change, we'd thank them, shut right up, and get on with our game. I don't think this is true of the rabid SOE fans I'm seeing in that forum. I think that utter incompetence on the behalf of the developers of this game is continually bitchslapping them in the face, yet they screw up their eyes, cover their ears and go to their happy place, because it doesn't affect them that much anyway.

Fuck them, and fuck SOE. I can handle getting screwed over by someone I'm paying for a service I'm supposed to enjoy, because sometimes I do enjoy it. I can handle most things to do with this game; but one thing that really pisses me off is going to a forum of discussion, being polite, civil and intelligent, and having some raving fucking resort to personal insults and ad hominem attacks, then portray me as the bad guy.

Fuck that for a joke.

Gnobrain had to eat that kind of logic up in his pathetic, narcissistic pleasuredome of iron fisted, "flowers and sunshine or you're banned, poopiehead" forum moderation. I'm sure in his world if he could fix everything the way we want it, if he could shit popsicles and piss sunshine - we'd still complain. That fact is most of us just want him to go away and let someone with common sense and an IQ over that of a sea slug to listen to the problems and at least attempt to get them addressed. We just want people that actually play the game to address the issues, bugs and clusterfucks.

As it is, we're supposed to gently remove the dowel that is firmly shoved up his ass, sniff it, put it back in place, and tell him that this game smells of roses.

This makes the enormus assumption that Gnorbin is mentally equipped for "subtle dismissal". I have no empirical data yet that he has the mental capacity for this.
