I raided with the dead guy once. I didn't pay any homage to him in his thread because I don't know him. He did a good job and he wasn't an ass like some of the folks making light of what happened to him.

It is a fucked up thing to do and I've even heard of people getting banned for talking about shit like that in /ooc. I'm not defending them, but to post stuff like that on a forum that is open game for jackoffs all around, is stepping into the flames a bit so to speak. While it is nice to wish/think that people like this don't exist, or would at least keep their mouth shut, they and far worse do exist and rarely keep their mouth shut about shit that will get them attention, even the negative kind. I'm sure you didn't need my 2cp or theirs but you got it anyhow.

No that's a logical statement. Immature individuals with power whom were easily wounded by words are what started Wars. I will not say they get the entire blame because chances are some of the time, the person speaking knew exactly how the person was going to react. But when it comes down to it, the jackass whom held the power decided to make a dumbass choice and start a War. So yes, words are just words and nothing more.
