I don't know if this would actually qualify as dumb really but its fun over vent when you lag out while standing still and everyone else sees ya charging for the big bad named mob that everyone is preparing for. The screams in vent, the tells, the lovely feeling of "oh shit i just wiped us didn't I?" I am glad I don't have that problem anymore but awhile ago I used to lag bad and decided that vyemm was going to die to my hand single handedly. The only problem was I wasn't aware thats what I wanted to do. I am just standing there and next thing I hear is "WTF why you running at vyemm your gonna.... everyone revive and try not to lag out"

I've done it twice in T5 on raid encounters, and still don't understand how it happened.

But now I play a defiler, and I don't have evac. I guess that solved the problem.

Evac should only be used in emergency situations (like SOMEBODY nabbing my shiny) so I keep mine up on a bar with my carpet, buffs, etc. where I don't click a lot.

Warden group HOT right before pull. It only wiped us 3 times.

What owns when a pesky groupmate is trying to gank your shiney on a defiler is AE fear/deagro, the mobs come back on everyone else and you can harvest in peace.

-Funniest/dumbest thing I have seen was in tier 6 a guild had a monk in the MT group FD the entire MT grp while terrorantula raped the rest of the raid.

^^^ very close to evac'ing the MT grp :P

-A berserker trying to MT in offensive stance and getting 1-2 shotted every pull.

-Guild pulling the MO with only 4 healers and no shaman

-MT strip tanking CL instance in tier 5, making the healers actually having to spam heals.

-troubador in an all caster group using self buff, balletic avoidance, and hp regen song.....

-Mystic that almost got out healed on a zonewide parse by a necro.

-Officers in a guild that didn't know furies had a group poison cure.

-Officers in a guild that thought wardens were usless and there was no need to have one.

LOL Funny that's where I hid my "yell" key, however somehow with the lag my hotkey bar spun to#9 or whatever it was on and I hit yell instead of a combat art.

In my defense I was multi-boxing while leading and I had evac on like the 5th hotbar, but I was keying up vent while hitting CA's on 2 toons at the same time and I somehow managed to hit CTRL-SHIFT-5, CTRL 1 ... ah shit. From that day forward evac has stayed in the spell book, not on ANY hotbar.

Luckily we were only at Fitzpizzle so we just ran back to the raid.

I remember the good ole days when hate transfers worked on proximity agro. It was sooo easy to train the tank whenever he tried to harvest a shiny, then steal the shiny.
