Yeah, thats fun, and even useful for some mobs like the sand king guy in RE. But, if you elude pull you'll get social aggro, and if you try to body pull then elude onto the tank, the healer will probably get the mob unless they're letting you die.

But yes, from what I've seen there is a very strong correlation between tanks who cannot pull and tanks who cannot get aggro when someone else pulls. (and that was what the wall of text said)
