Seems like the point to me. I've known OC awhile, admittedly we're not super close but he's actually a pretty cool guy. I am guessing what he was trying to say was that there is a bug that results in the cast timer limit being removed or surpassed or something and that Daray told him about it. That's what it sounds like to me anyway.
