This Guy. Wow he is a rare species of asinine imbecile jackass.

Let's summarize - ocdrizz - He is saying that he is somehow able to break the spell recast cap down to 1 or less seconds. However EVERYONE knows that the spell recast time cap is always halved by the base recast time.

Ocdrizz thinks i am very gullible so he persists to annoy me and try to put these random rambunctious stupid idiot like messages inside my mind.

After sometime of hearing about these irritating not a chance to be true tactics he says "I got the strat from daray" HOWEVER.. soon after i asked daray if he ever even stated he has ever even done this all i get is a "Thats fucking Stupid"
