Should we ban major retards from this site by community vote?

It's up to you. Majority vote wins this. Here's what I propose:

For the absolute worst type of trouble makers and retards, would you like to be able to vote them a suspension or ban from this site?

If yes, none of this would be confidential at all, it would all be 100% public.

The process would be initiated by someone proposing to suspend or ban someone else from this site.

It would then require 10 "I second this motion, this guy is an unredeemable retard who drops the curve for the collective IQ of this website" type reply posts to put up a vote on a user.

All votes would be public.

To suspend or ban a person as requested by the poll would require a 2/3's vote of all users voting.

Even if you voted to ban a person, I would unban them after 60 days, during which time they hopefully reflected on their retardedness and lack of social skills, and decide to become a changed person.

No, you can't nominate me or Calthine for such a prestigious award, we have a permanent immunity idol, so fuck you for even thinking that.
