I'm fully responsible for the fact that three Dissolution members remain banned on this site after I personally banned them for posting penis pictures.

Doesn't matter what you call it Kuri, porn or a blessing of nature, there has never been any point at which any person, either reasonable or unreasonable, could suggest they felt they had a right to post a picture of a penis on this site.

I am entirely at fault for allowing Gaige to post his link, but I'll never understand in my lifetime how you think that posting dick pictures was a justified act by them based on my highly admitted error in judgement.

Kuri, do you tell your men that it is acceptable to break the law if they see someone else do it and not get punished to their satisfaction? You actually believe that me allowing Gaige to post a link, that was up for minutes and that I've apologized for, granted permission for Ishbu to post a picture showing a man with an approximate 12 inch penis on this site, a full day after Gaige's link was taken down and this firestorm started?

If so, what fucking planet do you live on, because I'd like to contact my travel agent and check it out.

And by the way, I have no lawyer collegues. Would you prefer I address you in the language of a non-commissioned officer?

The main problem is, Kuri, that Ishbu already told me he'd never use this site again. So even if I was willing to grant him an exception to having to follow the Site Rules, which of course I would never do, it still wouldn't matter. It would be a moot point. The problem with Ishbu cannot be resolved, you and I both know that as well as we know Itoock.

Kuri, I thought I resolved this problem with all but three people in the world: Ishbu, Widem, and Quenthal.

What else can be done to resolve this?

You don't seriously expect me to reinstate Ishbu after he posted the penis picture, without at least some expression by him that he won't do that again, do you? Because I'm sorry, I'm not that irresponsible, I can't allow him to wallpaper this site with dicks, and failing to get that advance agreement from him, I'd be giving him permission to do that.

Kuri - last time bud - if you were me, and you wanted to resolve this situation - what would you do? No theory man, lay it out point by point.

Not that you probably care of my opinion and I am waaaaaaaaaay late in reading most of this and I will be honest I didn't even bother reading yours nor Kurizo's exchanges to full length except the really HUGE type ones *giggle* but honestly perhaps as the admin and founder/owner whatever of this site perhaps you should just let this die? Kurizo has succeeded in pulling you through the mud and bringing you to his level. Again, I am speaking as an outsider and one who doesn't have a vested interest in this battle. The site is something I visit but not for EQ2 purposes, not anymore so if it dies then it's no big deal. You have to ask yourself if what you're doing and spending is worth this? There are always going to be situations like this, this will not be the last and regardless of the incident or age of this site you will ALWAYS be held to a different standard by the community. A proverbial damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I don't think Gaige should be banned it wasn't his mistake it was yours. You've owned up to it. If people can't understand that it's really pointless and no matter how many times you try to explain that it won't do any good. IMO however you threw gas on the fire and have been doing so with each reply and attempt to fix it. You have Calthine or another mod? You should have removed yourself from the situation and let them deal with it as best they could. Placing yourself in direct line of fire only mades/makes/will continue to make it worse. I don't envy you.

Kuri, you were in Disso before you left the game, and are now apping to Disso since you returned to the game. The argument you draw is highly tenuous, and in my view, strains your credibility. If you are not in fact aligned with Disso, what guild are you alligned with?

You are splitting hairs on this issue man. You really and truly are, it will be another week at most before you're tagged. What will you say then, that you still aren't in Disso, even though you are tagged, because you are on a recruit's probation period?

The reason i'm continuing to mud wrestle with Kuri here is because despite our different opinions on this matter, I retain a great deal of respect for him personally and treasure his friendship. It would be a sad day indeed if I didn't try at least as hard to salvage this relationship as I did my former marriage. That's my honest answer. I hope to find a resolution to this impasse, before everyone here stops posturing and actually throws in the towel.

I know I come off like a complete dumbass but none of yall know me or have any clue what my personality is like. I was 7th in my class and had a few scholarship offers to go to UGA but I declined to help my cousin with his dump truck business.
