Vindictive would describe their actions more so than pouty. I would label CL with being pouty, for example by attacking ishbu for seeming to be hypocritical regarding encounter tactics. I realize this isn't about CL and Dissolution, it just required clarification.

Vindictive would have been better in both cases I suppose. I could have used catty as well... but nobody uses catty.

See what you fail to realize is the difference between button pushing, being hypocritical, and down right being an asshole. There are distinct differences and they are not normally thrown into one bucket unless it suits the user.
