So let me get this clarified, ShoE bought Kazora from Real Kazora for 2k.

Shoe then claims fraud with his credit card and reclaims his 2k while keeping the account.

So Kazora is down 2k and his EQ2 account.


If that's the case, Real Kazora can easily take back the account or have the account closed because Kazora should still have the original CD keys and be the original account owner based on past billing.

So if Shoe did rip Kazora off, why the hell did NPU accept him as a app? Would be funny if NPU geared Shoe out and one day Shoe logs in to find his account banned.
