Oh id believe it. Sony doesn't really like to waist their these disputes. Ive seen it happen a few times after the forth or fifth time they change or restore the account in a short period of time they will simply close the account and not let anyone have the toon.

If you do have access to the account, congratulations on re-obtaining your account and I hope things go better for you in the future should you decide to purchase or sell online goods. Or in dealing with people altogether.

Aside from losing a coercer for one fight or two it didn't cause much inner guild harm.
I do however get alot of warnings about different people for different reasons, and I'm usually willing to let them try to prove to me that they aren't what people portray them as, kinda the "second chance" thing from a while back when I posted, However I am Always prepared to replace classes if they somehow fuck up.

you presume too much. I did not give him my info. I had given the character to a friend to use, and he mistakenly trusted shoe, though i suppose I can be accused of entrusting the acct to someone with poor decision making. I was then offerred significant $$ from shoe after he had already been given my acct info (without my knowledge) and had been playing me extensively. Of course I had no plans on giving him cd-keys or any other such business until the money cleared, which it never did, which is of course why you are now shoe-less. Before you lecture others you should question your own decision making in the recruiting process, especially since it was obvious the acct situation was uncertain at best when you recruited him. What is likely is that I saved you the trouble, since he probably would have grabbed whatever loot he could in npu and then sold the char.

oh its funny that you mention that the toon was kicked,i actually asked to be removed since i couldnt even remember how to its been too long. I then informed em that i was taking the acct back from the guy who jacked me. Then when shoe managed to steal the acct back by giving his cc# on live chat even though it was not the original cc (and the tech who did this for him has had a complaint filed against him by the techs i spoke with on the phone), i log back into my acct 30 minutes later after getting it fixed and find myself back in npu infront of a raid zone, so i removed myself again lol. I then had a longer talk with kirby i think it was, informing him not to reguild me in case the ass finds another dimwit tech who doesnt follow policy properly and lets him reset the pw again. All told, it was a close to an hour of my life wasted that I probably dont have time to spare these days, but was nonetheless fairly entertaining. ironically i wouldnt have even given a shit what happened to my acct, i have multiple high end chars in various games that various peoples had access to and i have no idea what became of them. This thread kind of motivated me in a sense to do something; this is like the only 'gaming' site my nazi work filter will even let through (even fohguild.org is blocked), and had these forums not existed i probably would not have found out what happened and probably never checked again.
