Yes. I have a friend who got kicked out of the guide program because somebody reported him for telling somebody who his guide account/server was on.

Hell, my best friend still won't tell me what server she was a guide for, and its been years since she was a guide.

Well good, we can stop the fight then, heh. I am not even going to blame who was picked and who was not, as I don't want to even play the game of confirming/denying.

All I say is that I have not seen an enforcement of rules that I feel necessary to prevent a degree of conflict of interest. I just haven't seen it. That's my problem.

Whether or not I also have problems with WHO was picked...I'll keep that one too myself.

As I said, I have no desire to open old wounds, and since we seem to be dancing in circles around nitpicking while agreeing with the fundamental premise, I don't see the need to continue being at each others throats.

So it seems. But since no one is there to confirm what goes on between the mods and the red names, people have no clue how they are dealt with when complaints are made or a mod steps out of line. Just like you have no clue how the guides are dealt with. You simply assume the guides are being handled properly, why would the mods be any different?
