Qualify this statement please. How are you defining "greatest." I would venture a guess and say most of the people on this forum have never heard of your guild. And to the OP, the basis of this site was to provide an uncensored environment for primarily the top echelon of everquest 2 players, but also for anyone else, who cared to join in real debate without the worries of bannings/post deletions and other nonsense. This site, at least IMO, wasn't created so we can all wave dicks and yap about who the best guild is. It's a place where swearing, flaming, speaking your mind, etc. are not frowned upon. I urge you to find another forum where a larger collection of eq2 talent and knowledge resides...Go ahead. It seems to me that you took one section of the forum, the special forums, to constitute what you think this website is all about.

The funniest part of this is...Even you enjoyed the premise of the website. Would you have been able to say "Fuck eq2flames" on the SoE forums? Nope. There you go, you spoke your mind and no one was their to ban or delete you. Yes we all called you a retard, but therein lies the idea of the website...We can say what we want right back at ya.

Unfortunately a lot of people use this website to be complete morons, but you learn to ignore what you don't care to read. Some advice I will extend to you, ol' great one.

This site has far less jackholes per capita than the official boards.

As for the guild, I dare say it is the greatest.. it is the greatest for a certain type of person. Which a lot of our guild fits. It is the greatest choice for me that is for sure, I don't have the time to devote to a hard core raiding guild but I still like to raid. I still like to see end game content (even if I see it later than others) I like the guild even if at times well I wont go there LOL>

We are not a family guild nor a casual guild nor a hard core raiding guild we are a mix of all that and we do it well. (not trying to toot my own horn and no way in hell will I toot Vuks)

I feel these places are necessary for people otherwise tensions rise and it gets taken out on people in the wrong way or at the wrong time, this is a way for everyone to vent and I love that idea. I am no way as eloquent as my wife when it comes to these things but I still like reading it and I will vent every now and then.

As for vukota.. well he isn't all that bad.. sometimes he acts like

but he will always try to help you (well maybe not me but anyone else in the guild)

if you need help. I like my guild .. even with its bad sides.

That's kind of the point I was trying to make. Just because it's the greatest for you, that doesn't mean it's the greatest, period. You kinda have to be careful what you say, especially when you claim to be, or be a part of the greatest. The way it was previously phrased was misleading.

This place is infamous for CREATING tension between people. This is not a good or a bad thing, but I think this place is more of a harbor for those people who DO want to vent/flame or otherwise express their uncensored opinion. A lot of drama has become from this site, but in a way you're right, people need this place to be able to instigate or follow up that drama.

mood when he started this thread? On the other hand I almost feel as if he did this to see how much trouble he could stir up. I really have nothing against you, him, or your guild, but this post seemed more like an experimental shameless plug than an actual topic. I may be wrong, and I urge Vukota to respond to my comments in a PM if he/she feels obliged to stay out of the eq2flames drama. I'd really like to see a counterargument tbh.

which is why if you go pack to my post I said "one of the largest and greatest". I in no way claimed that AN is the very best or the very greatest. But obviously Vagabonds and Drow are gone and there's some room at the top for some used to be unknown guilds to rise up.

everyone has their own definition of greatness, and what I think is great is not necessary what you think is great, but there is still merit to my statement.

if you are active on Unrest you will have undoubtedly heard of AN. if you haven't, you probably don't look at any of the chat channels and hide in a TS hall or your house all day. They are out there and they aren't going away.
