Not to be a square or anything, but it seems to me that posting his picture does seem a bit borderline obsessive. Just seems like a pretty lame avenue to flaming, especially when there's other better means.

Either way, his posts don't effect me as I usually just ignore them. The only templar's posts I paid much attention to was Reznor.

I like the threads where Kendricke goes silent - it means he proved wrong or has been demonstrably caught in a logical fallacy. He will, ofc, never admit to being wrong - he just fades from the thread.

He also knows those boards are full of kids posting opinion and nieve enough to argue that opinion vs. fact. It's an easy hunting ground for him (as it would be for anyone else who actually got off on proving themselves versus kids unversed in constructing logical arguments).

He's funny.

The problem you guys are all running into with him is that he follows the letter of the rules as they are laid out in the forum rules of conduct. There's nothing in them saying anything about tone. Thus he cannot be moderated and he's used this argument with every mod who has come along.

* shrug * He isn't technically violating the rules, and as such can't legitimately be chastised. And it's honestly too much trouble to spend days fighting it out with him and dealing with the drama he starts when someone tries to moderate him. He knows how to work the system.

It isn't a matter of playing favourites. It's a matter of having other things to do than to deal with him.

IRL he's actually a pleasant guy. Downright fun even. I give him credit for knowing his stuff. And I'm not gonna bash on him when he's not around to defend himself.

I don't always agree with what he says or how he says it, but I have to give him credit for knowing how to get around the system.

Nah, someone had asked earlier for pictures of him on his knees. I spent all of 20 seconds googling "Kendricke" and posted the only picture I could find. 20 seconds does not an obsession make.
