Garroter, it never fails: When the only thing they bring to the thread is "your guild sucks" and "prolly legit", I don't have much to work with. Noobus says the tired "your guild sucked", etc. in typical thirteen year-old fashion. Effrum says it's prolly legit and Dovey is wrong. Well, I guess that settles that. How could anyone NOT take his word? Heaven forbid he'd give any reasoning foir his guess, but heck, he's THE Effrum. You know, Second Dawn Effrum. Nuff said. Noobbus and Effrum vouch for the guy, so me and my sucky guild will have to defer. I'm sure they are both great players, but when there is no substance to the reply, that is all they leave behind. The Reserves of Second Dawn could beat almost every encounter in EQ2 thats been defeated. Its player experience first, gear later.

Not for nothing but most of Wuoshi's set gear went to alts while I was there. Aria's SK alt had more set gear than I did. Matron loot rots most of the time also. It goes on and on.

The point he was trying to make was not the skill of SD's "reserves" but rather a single player, who happens to be a "reserve" payed $100 for a claymore update.

He DID pick the mage item...He linked the sword to pretend as though he hadn't merely server transfered for the update. He used an item link from the eq2 DB to pretend as though he were linking it in-game.

You obviously missed that part.

And even if Talonis is mad because he rejected him, the fact still stands, it is retarded, no matter what the defense, to pay $100 because you fucked up and server Xferred to a guild you didn't want to be in.

You know, there's more than 1 guild he could have chosen, did he look around for another better one if he hated lords so much? I doubt it. I think he just tranferred back because he got his claymore and wanted to be back on Najena. Apparently the money was worth it to him.
